I do these consultations a couple different ways. We can have a live lesson over Zoom and/or Pivo's App. As a minimum, you need a smart phone or tablet with internet and some bluetooth earbuds. Someone to hold and follow you with the camera is nice, but most people have it stationary and that works fine. These are recorded for you.

You can also send me some video of the problems. I'll watch and edit the video, adding voiceover, slowing down parts, maybe drawing on it to highlight specific things, etc. I may also send follow up videos showing skills that I've mentioned to help you understand and get a visual of what I meant. 

Both of these methods have been very helpful to people. It's up to you which way makes the most sense.

In roughly 25% of cases we do recommend a different bit. If you don't already have a bit that's more suitable, I'll help you find one to buy. Most of the time there are tack adjustments that can be made on the spot, and almost always, adjustments in how you are using your hands, timing, etc.
